Fruit / Smoothie’s For Breakfast!

Fresh fruit with perhaps some natural yoghurt can be an ideal start to the morning – it can be eaten as whole fruit or blended to make a smoothie.  Fruits contain large amounts of important nutrients, including fiber, vitamins, minerals and various antioxidants and plant compounds.  Fruit should be enjoyed as part of a healthy balanced diet but be aware that fruit does contain sugar!
