 Handy Portion Hints!

If you have ever worried you are eating all the right things and exercising regularly, but still seem to gain weight, it may well be your portion sizes.

While a diet of salad, protein and wholegrains is generally considered very healthy, it is still possible to gain weight by eating these foods, if we have too much of them.

Portion sizes in restaurants and shops are becoming increasingly bigger and in turn this changes our view of what is a “normal” portion.

Be a good idea to just keep a check on your portions, it maybe just where you are going wrong and do ensure there is lots of variety in your diet.
