Hi & welcome,
My name is Lesley Mitchell, I have been teaching fitness classes for 39 years and I absolutely love how exercise makes me feel. I love to share my passion for fitness and I want everyone to have fun whilst getting fitter and healthier. My classes incorporate lots of different styles including Aerobics, Salsa, Fitness Pilates and HiiTs. So something for everyone and I keep updated with all the latest fitness trends as well as the important health and safety aspects.

As British Summer Time Begins
As we gain longer days, lighter evenings it certainly feel as if you have more energy!
Well, I know I do!
Put these longer days to good use, don’t waste the time procrastinating about doing something – do it!
🪟 Clean windows – give yourself a quick workout.
🌱Gardening – you’re moving more than you realise (hello squats!).
👕Clear out wardrobes – donate good quality items to The Nightingale Cancer Trust.
👨👩👧👦 Plan time with family & friends –fun & laughter matter, especially in the sunshine.
⭐Try something new – maybe one of my classes. you never know you might like it!
