My name is Lesley Mitchell, I have been an Exercise Instructor in Enfield for 33 years, 18 of which were with Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness. I do hope you come along to one of my classes & let me support you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.
Please be assured of continued support, I am just at the end of the phone, text, email, – I’ll always have time to help you. You will also discover that the members at all my classes are extremely supportive of each other I do hope you find my classes fun, motivational and friendly.

I run a variety of classes, fun dance aerobics, HiiTs, Fitness pilates, Kettlebells which incorporates; Kettles, Gliders and Bender Balls!
Each of my classes consists of a confidential weigh-in (optional), occasionally a short motivational talk offering nutritional help and advice (my website is updated regularly with a message to you all), and a fun filled 60 minute workout.

Wow it has been so hot the last few weeks, record temperatures recorded in the UK 38.7 & so many of my members have attended classes
Hot weather doesn’t have to stop you exercising, you can continue in the heat but just reduce the intensity. Remember to stay hydrated & wear loose fitting clothing to help keep you cool – Summer is still with us for another month or so!

A Healthy Bone is a Strong Bone
Bones are strengthened by the addition of minerals, especially calcium and phosphate. Bone structure is similar to a honeycomb and bones are a living tissue. This is important because bone in the body is broken down and rebuilt throughout your life. This natural process helps keep bone healthy.
