Hi & welcome,
My name is Lesley Mitchell, I have been teaching fitness classes for 39 years and I absolutely love how exercise makes me feel. I love to share my passion for fitness and I want everyone to have fun whilst getting fitter and healthier. My classes incorporate lots of different styles including Aerobics, Salsa, Fitness Pilates and HiiTs. So something for everyone and I keep updated with all the latest fitness trends as well as the important health and safety aspects.

Sleep & Wellbeing
Do you get enough sleep every night?
Do you understand how important it is for our bodies to get enough sleep?
By managing your sleep it will help improve your Mental Health – moods and emotions, it will allow you to focus better and improve your memory.
Key points to ensuring you have enough sleep are:-
- Establish a Routine
- Create relaxing bedtime routine
- Limit Electronics / screens ½ hr before bed
- Manage Stress
- Be Mindful of Diet & Exercise
I can certainly help with the latter point, so make the effort, create a routine & pop along to one of my classes!

No matter what is happening in your lives you turn up, week in, week out, either Face 2 Face or via Zoom to attend one of my classes.
Many of you have formed friendships which would not necessarily have happened without being at class.
You laugh, have fun, socialise and take on most of the challenges I set you!
Just as importantly you help me support various causes, especially The Nightingale Cancer Support Centre where we have been able to raise over £750 for them.
