My name is Lesley Mitchell, I have been an Exercise Instructor in Enfield for 33 years, 18 of which were with Rosemary Conley Diet & Fitness. I do hope you come along to one of my classes & let me support you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.
Please be assured of continued support, I am just at the end of the phone, text, email, – I’ll always have time to help you. You will also discover that the members at all my classes are extremely supportive of each other I do hope you find my classes fun, motivational and friendly.
Big Hugs and Little Tummies
I run a variety of classes, fun dance aerobics, HiiTs, Fitness pilates, Kettlebells which incorporates; Kettles, Gliders and Bender Balls!
Each of my classes consists of a confidential weigh-in (optional), occasionally a short motivational talk offering nutritional help and advice (my website is updated regularly with a message to you all), and a fun filled 60 minute workout.

Hot buffet & disco all proceeds went towards Mission Direct charity
Race For Life team - The Sparkling Divas who raised money for Cancer Research

Why do we need fibre in our diet?
There is strong evidence that eating plenty of fibre (commonly referred to as roughage) is associated with a lower risk of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and bowel cancer. Fibre also makes us feel fuller and can help digestion and prevent constipation.
