Race For Life – October 2021

This year, I again entered a team for the Race For Life named The Sparkling Divas, we have raised over £3,297 plus £509.25 gift aid towards Cancer Research so far!

After such a long time not being able to get together, or to be able to help raise much needed monies for this fantastic charity, it was brilliant to have a team enter this years Race for Life.

Even with the venue, and then the date changing a few weeks before hand it did not deter this great group of ladies.  We headed of to Finsbury Park to take part and ‘do our bit’.  A few ran / jogged, most walked but it was an emotional event for all who took part.

Perhaps you would like to join us next year when we enter a team – as many of you know this is a horrible disease that sadly has affected most of us in one way or another.
