After Christmas Party – Jan 2022

What a great night we had! 

It was so lovely to all be together again, chatting and catching up with everyone. I must say everyone looked gorgeous!

Thank you so much for making Friday such a fun night, we raised £1000.00 for Nightingale Cancer Support Centre.

I find it harder every year to identify members who I feel stand out or have overcome issues or accomplished something positive.

I had 2 members during 2021 that successfully lost over 2 stone each, they look amazing and I am sure the difference not just physically but to their overall health is immeasurable, well done to Karina Hunter & Michelle Keating.

My most dedicated member was Janet Canham, she doesn’t let anything stop her getting to class!

I had 3 ladies who have had to deal with various health issues the last 12 months, again they never complain, just get on with life.  My Stoic Award went to Dawn Bocock, Chris Kerr & Pat Small.

My Star of the Year went to Shaz Howard; I did have to tell a little white lie as I couldn’t have her do her own certificate, so I said it was for Warren, as he hasn’t complained about our lounge being a studio for 2 years.   However, I do not think my business would have survived if she hadn’t been able to get me up and running the minute we went into Lockdown, and we would probably not be having this party tonight!

Just when I thought all presentations had been completed, I was surprised by being presented with my beautiful bracelet, flowers and cards.  I will treasure the bracelet as I do the necklace and book you gave me during the Lockdown Christmas.
