Your core is the band of muscles that wrap around your body like a corset. To engage the deepest muscle, pull your belly button back towards your spine. This will flatten your tummy.
Pilates is a powerful form of exercise. It can help develop your strength, flexibility, balance, posture and co-ordination.
Pilates is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

This originally came about last year when my 6 year old grandson Rory asked for a chicken for his birthday and Marilyn came up with this and he goes to bed with it every night – so she copied her creation for us.
