Super Duper Scales and some diary dates

I will be bringing  the Tanita Scales into classes next week. These will give you your weight, fat %, fat mass, bone mass, metabolic age and visceral fat, etc. You will get a print out but you need to take a photo, as the print out fades. So you can then compare in 6 weeks time how you have improved. £1 charge for Children in Need.

Anyone not coming to classes and would like to go on the Tanita Scales, are very welcome to come to me at home.

So sorry to say but it is actually 11 weeks until Christmas week – 10lbs weight loss is doable. Why not read some of our success stories to help motivate you. If you have been a bit lax in getting to class, do something about it – you can join us in class or online. Always assured of a warm welcome.

Dates for Diary

Friday 18th November 2022 – Dinner and dancing with Dean Ferris at The Conservative Club, Baker Street, 6.30 for 7.00 – not too late to join us £22. Great night last time. Please could I ask for payment by the end of September.

I have booked Brunch for Tuesday 13th December at 11.00ish at The Con Club. Details to follow. Will start taking names at the end of October.
