The Importance of Balance

Improving balance is a great goal. It helps with strength, co-ordination and injury prevention. Why improve your balance:

🚶 Move better in everything you do

🏡 Stay independent as you age
⚡ Quicker reactions, fewer injuries
🔁 Turn everyday movements into workouts
• Get out of your chair using one leg
• Or at least stand up without holding on

This is a very short video I have put together and would love you to give it a go. Some of you will find it easy but shutting your eyes makes it a different ball game
If you have time to give the video a go, please be aware that my posture on the chair plank is very bad – I should be standing further back in a straight line!!
