Ingredients & Method
Boiled Egg’s & Soldiers
1 medium slice sourdough (approx 60g) or any other bread (with calorie total of approx 130) – toasted
2 large free range egg’s
- Bring water in saucepan up to a boil, then reduce to simmer & carefully add your eggs – 5 mins will usually give you a runny yolk, cook longer if you want your eggs a little firmer
- Toast your sourdough / bread – cut into soldiers!!!
- Once eggs ready, remove from water & serve
Season eggs as you would like.
Rather than adding butter why not try putting marmite on your toast for a bit more of a kick!
