Ham & Egg Wrap 

These are quick & easy to make, store really well in fridge (can be frozen) make an ideal snack for when you get the munchies!

This is a really satisfying lunch time wrap – if you don’t like Tzatziki substitute it for something else – perhaps a mustard dressing / mayo.

1 Tortilla – Wholemeal wrap

30g Smoked ham – wafer style goes further!

1 medium hard boiled egg – sliced

Handful salad – mixed leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, pepper, beetroot

2tsp Tzatziki (or alternative dressing eg mustard mayo)

Salt & pepper

  1. Hard boil egg, leave to cool & then slice
  2. Spread tzatziki (or alternative)  over 2/3 tortilla wrap – not up to the edges
  3. Put salad mix in a line over the mayo dressing
  4. Add smoked ham, sliced egg & season with Salt & Pepper (if required)
  5. Carefully roll up wrap ensuring ends tucked in so no filling falls out!
  6. Cut in half & enjoy…..
